The customer has the right to change if it is not the correct number. Our company does not undertake the delivery – receipt (change) . Any other change is accepted at the customer’s expense. In case of a refund, you must first contact the store. Returns are accepted within 15 working days from the day the order is received.

The cost of return in the case of the defective as well as in the 1st change is borne by us and is done only through the cooperating agency (Geniki Taxydromiki) with recipient charge. In the event of a refund, the customer bears the cost of returning the product to our store either at his own expense or by charging our account at Geniki Taxydromiki. 

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition and with its original packaging. It is best to contact the store before making any return for your best convenience.
